Sigma CapSeal

Sigma II Neo: Inline Induction Cap Sealer

Air-cooled induction foil cap sealing for 20–120 mm closures at up to 55 feet per minute, on a 230V single phase supply, 50-60Hz.

The Sigma II Neo is the mid-range workhorse in the Sigma range. One universal sealing head handles closure from 20 mm to 120 mm, so a narrow cap diameter bottle and a wide mouth jar seal at the same line speed without change part, and it holds that seal steady even with voltage fluctuations.

IN SHORT

The Sigma II Neo is an automatic, air-cooled inline induction cap sealer built for lines running multiple products. As capped bottles pass beneath the sealing head, it bonds the foil liner to the container neck for a tamper-evident, leak-proof seal on diameters from 20 mm to 120 mm at up to 55 ft/min—with minimal setup changes between products.

The challenge isn’t simply sealing bottles—it’s sealing every bottle correctly despite changes in container size, shape and production speed. Frequent adjustments to machine settings, sealing head position or conveyor speed can lead to inconsistent seals, product leakage, rejected batches and costly downtime.

The Sigma II Neo is designed to eliminate these variables. Its universal sealing head and intelligent power control deliver consistent sealing performance across a wide range of bottle diameters and shapes without frequent mechanical adjustments or complex parameter changes.

How the Sigma II Neo Seals Your Containers

Sealing happens without contact. A capped container passes under the sealing head (Sealing coil), and an electromagnetic field bonds the foil liner to the container rim.

1

Capped Container Enters

Filled, capped containers move along the conveyor toward the sealing head at your set line speed.

2

Passes Under the Sealing Head (Sealing Coil)

Each container passes beneath the universal sealing head, with no contact between machine and cap.

3

Foil Liner Heats

The electromagnetic field heats the foil liner inside the cap, melting its bonding layer.

4

Hermetic Seal Forms

The liner bonds to the container rim, forming a leak-proof, tamper-evident seal as the container exits.

What the Sigma II Neo Gets You

Every feature maps to something you feel on the floor: uptime, seal integrity and consistent quality across every product.

Universal Head, 20–120 mm

Seal your smallest and largest caps at the same line speed. No need to swirl/tilt the sealing head (Sealing coil) and no changeover downtime between SKUs.

100% Air Cooled, Compact Body

A single-body build with no water circulation and no water lines. Smaller footprint, relatively maintenance free and easy to relocate to another line.

Steady on Voltage Fluctuation (210 - 260 V AC)

Output stays consistent from 210 V to 260 V AC, with spike-and-surge protection on top, which matters where the grid sags at peak load.

Same Machine Applicable to Glass and Any Plastic

The same Sigma II Neo seals glass containers and all plastic types—HDPE, PP and PET—without changing parts. One machine covers your full container range, whatever the material.

350 mm Sealing Coil Travel

Sealing head height can be adjusted as per container height. Tall and short containers run on the same frame, standard or customized.

Microprocessor Control

Inbuilt microprocessor control on a simple membrane panel keeps sealing settings repeatable every cycle, built for trouble-free, round-the-clock operation.

Fits the Line You Already Run

The Sigma II Neo can be placed on your existing line and connects to a 230V single-phase point, with no water circulation. Position the sealing head (Sealing coil), set your speed, and it runs.

For inline quality control, add optional detection and rejection (no-cap and no-foil detectors, a conveyor stop, auto reject and reject verification) fitted to match the checks your quality and compliance teams already run. Installation and commissioning support come with it.
