240 M: Precut Wad/Liner Inserting Machine with Vacuum Pick-and-Place System
A bowl feeder, star wheel and vacuum pick-and-place system automatically insert precut induction/EP/Foam wads into 20-50 mm caps.
Caps are fed into the bowl feeder and oriented cavity-facing-up, then delivered by a conveying belt to a star wheel that holds each cap in position. Each time the star wheel indexes, the vacuum system picks a precut induction/EP/Foam wad from the magazine and places it into the cap. An automatic count function stops the machine once your set quantity is reached.
A Precut Wad/Liner Inserting Machine with Vacuum Pick-and-Place System
The 240 M automatically inserts precut induction/EP/Foam wads into caps. Caps are fed into a bowl feeder and oriented cavity-facing-up, then delivered by a conveying belt to a star wheel that holds each cap in position while the vacuum system places a wad from the magazine into it.
It is built for 20-50 mm caps. All changeparts, including the star wheel, wad holder assembly and magazine, are machined on CNC equipment and are specific to the cap and wad size in use.
